Current form behavior
Default preview mode displays your inquiry in the page without sending it. Entries exist only in current page memory, are not stored in the browser and are cleared by reload or navigation. No email, payment, membership, appointment reservation or client record is created. Do not enter medical information.
Contact and permissions
The service is for adults20+. An authorized contact requires the adult’s permission; making an inquiry or payment does not give automatic access to private records. The contact acknowledgment covers this inquiry, not marketing.
Technical access and images
Google Fonts loads typography with system fallbacks. Images are hosted with the site and AI-generated illustrations, not real clients, staff or premises. No analytics or advertising pixels are installed. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical access information under its own terms.
Before public launch
The actual operator must confirm its identity and contacts, inquiry processing/retention, processors and applicable rights. Enabling a secure endpoint requires accurate privacy disclosures, server validation, protected staff access and real follow-up. Private screening occurs in a separate appropriate process. Preview policy text must be updated to describe actual live behavior.
Service and geography
Prices, credentials, venue rights, setting and availability require confirmation. This design does not promise statewide coverage, clinical treatment, spa services, excursions or guaranteed outcomes. No service contract is accepted through the preview.
